gui.vfx

gui.vfx controls the video effects settings for the terminal window.

Syntax​

CLI​

gui.vfx { bloom: 0, noise: 0, scan: 0, bend: 0 }

Script​

Cannot be called as a subscript.

Parameters​

At least one argument is required. If no arguments are provided, gui.vfx will return a Failure object and usage information. All parameters take a number ranging from 0 to 11. The default values are:

gui.vfx { bloom: 5, noise: 5, scan: 5, bend: 4 }

bloom​

The 'bloom' argument specifies the intensity of the bloom effect around text characters.

noise​

The 'noise' argument specifies the intensity of the noise effect on the screen.

scan​

The 'scan' argument specifies the intensity of the scan lines effect on the screen.

bend​

The 'bend' argument specifies the intensity of the bend effect on the screen.

Return​

Returns a Success or Failure object.
